Before you start you will need two pieces of information. They are an Email address and Password. These have to be previously registered to work. If you have both then lets continue

The performers LOGIN can be found in the footer of the index (see below first). Click on the link to be taken through to the Performers login page (see below second)

If you select the Upload Entry you will be taken to a page which then allows you to upload text and associated images (up to two at a time). You will also be asked for some other information such as who you are and what time the entry is referring to. (see below) After saving this entry you will automatically be redirected to the Entry List page where you enrty will be displayed.

The Entry List page shows all the entries uploaded by yourself and any other performers who have been given access to the Pefromers CMS. This system design works on trust so pleas only edit you own entries. Once on this page you are able to EDIT & DELETE any of the items listed. In either case you will be redirected to your selected page where you will be able to carry out tasks before re-saving the corrected file or deleting the entry from the system. (see below)

This section allows you to upload images and videos to the site. Once the link has been clicked you will be taken through to the Gallery Menu page. Where you have two choices either Images or Video click on the link to proceed.(see below)

Once you have made your selection you will then again be given two choice; (see below)

 

1. To upload an Image or Video depending on which option choosen

 

2. To view all image uploaded so far

You can select the Image you wish to upload, wonce again you will need to entre other information to be attached with this picture. Press save and you will then be taken to the Images page where you uploaded Image will be diplayed.

If you choose the Images page you will be taken to a page that displays every image uploaded (15 records are show at a time use the NEXT button to flick through all images). If you click on any of the images, that image will be displayed full size on its own page.

If a single image is being displayed then you are able to edit or delete this image by clicking on the links just above the image itself. Again this works on trust so please only edit and delete your own image.

Once you entries have been uploaded the most recent will be displayed on the index page of the site. Performancers top right and the Images/Videos bottom right.
